The District 8 Tournament is 3/9/2013 at Ste. Genevieve High School.

WEIGH-INS: Friday, March 8th 6:30-8:00 p.m. OR Saturday, March 9th 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Location: Ste. Genevieve High School - Bottom of steps @ gym entrance

Scratch weight. Any wrestler who fails to make the weight at which they were entered will not be allowed to wrestle, absolutely no changes.

Wrestlers will be allowed to weigh-in one time only on Friday night. If a wrestler is overweight on Friday, than they will be allowed to weigh-in one time only on Saturday morning. Scales will be opened one-half (1/2) hour prior to the weigh-in times on Friday and Saturday to allow wrestlers to check their weight; after the weigh-ins begin, there will be no checking of weight. Wrestlers must be allowed to use any of the certified scales being used for the competition weigh-ins. Wrestlers who are over weight after their one time weigh-in on Saturday morning will not be allowed to wrestle. There will be no running, or other weight loss measures, allowed inside the wrestling facility.

Our club has outgrown using traditional email for communications.  For that reason, I have created an email list on Google Groups.  You should have received an email from the list when I added your email address to the group.  Any email sent to the group email address will be sent to every member of the group as well as being archived on the Google Group.  If you did not receive an email and want to subscribe to the group send email to jacksonusa+subscribe@googlegroups.com from the email address you want subscribed.

I wanted to thank everyone who stepped up to make our 1st Annual Tomahawk Challenge a huge success!  From the feedback I received, everyone who attended this year will be back next year with more teammates.  That's exactly what we wanted to do.  Set the bar high and prove to everyone it would be worth their while to drive to Jackson.  We had some incredible competition.  There is a new page dedicated to the tournament.  The link is on the menu above.  I have posted photos of the outstanding wrestlers and the results of the tournament.

During the tournament yesterday we drew our winning raffle tickets.  The winners are:
